- Business Size: The award is inclusive of businesses of all sizes, ranging from solo entrepreneurs to those with up to 500 employees. The focus is on recognizing the efforts and achievements of the business, regardless of its scale.
- Entrepreneurial Journey: The award aims to celebrate the leap taken by the business owner(s) in pursuing their dreams and venturing into entrepreneurship.
